This free eBook covers about ten lessons designed to slowly introduce IB students to the world of Psychology. A lot of teachers start with Research Methods and I used to as well, but I now know that this is not very effective.
A simple ten lesson intro will get kids hooked into Psych. I then like going into Criminology and Social Psychology before studying research methods. This way we can use the studies we've naturally covered in the course to highlight the benefits of various methods.
