Fantastic resource!

I've used multiple of the teacher support packs (criminology is my second favorite after this one). What I love about the stress unit is that it is both useful for the subject and useful for most of my students' everyday lives. My students have been experiencing a lot of stress this year due to the pressure of being seniors and fears surrounding COVID. This unit has allowed me to cover part of the IB syllabus while also helping my students better understand the stress they are feeling and ways they can cope with the stress. I highly recommend adding this unit to your IB psych teaching sequence!
